The difficulty level is lower in the counter direction. Only one short rappel is needed. Only the climb to Votlega vrh hints at III. Of course, if you hit the easiest passages.

Bravo, nice tour, interesting to me there at Bedinji vrh, I didn't even think of the left side. We went right and as far as I remember there wasn't anything particularly demanding behind.

Thanks Yes, from observing chamois we figured there are passages on the right too. The main factor we didn't choose that variant was that the grass in shady spots was icy all day. Even without that it's slippery enough...

Eight two-thousanders in one day is quite a chunk. (on the other side there are seven) Rope is welcome on west part only for Vrh rup, just like on east for Votli vrh.
Instead of ice axe I prefer thick work gloves in steep grass, also less chance to trigger a stone down the slope.

I don't know what I'd do with an ice axe there. Maybe late autumn, when the grass and soil freeze.

Congrats guys, if you had taken time also for subtitles of the individual peaks on the ridge, it would be even nicer for readers and imitators , otherwise a light ice axe in Trentarske grasses always comes in handy

Thanks Yes, gloves come in handy for that stinging grass But still ice axe between grass roots grips better than just holding on to grassy ledges. Votli vrh is imo a bit harder than Rupe. We made it harder ourselves regarding Kobila and it was the only place where I used ice axe.
