Thanks for the congrats, snow just a sample, actually I used it to quench my thirstjezik a couple of patches, it doesn't bother at all, it's this year's, so I tasted itvelik nasmeh. Yeah, on that day I don't work (this year it fell on Saturdayjezik ),

Today on a wonderful trip to Rjavina with PD Škofja Loka. We drove only a bit higher than Kovinarska koča to Zasipska planina and parked cars at Pri Lesi before the forest. Can't get to the parking lot because the road is too damaged. On that nice meadow under Zgornja Krma we turned right onto unmarked path, a bit off-trail too, and reached Kravja dolina and soon spotted wreckage of the 1944 crashed Allied bomber. Some bomber parts are still piled up. Then on unmarked poorly visible tracks and off-trail to Rjavina summit. In between we waded snow too, but nothing critical. Whole trail full of alpine flowers. At summit well-deserved snack. Then poles into backpacks and over numerous cables back towards Krma. At the window also group photo. Of course at the pass we don't go to Staničeva koča but slide down more with shoes than walk. On this path to Zgornja Krma still lots of snow, but no obstacle. Even met a family going up. Aljaževa gostilnica waited for us on the way home with obligatory dark beer. Unique trip. Praise to guides Lojze and Franci.

It was already Friday, but no matter, conditions same for a while.

From Krma to Kravja dolina to plane remains. From here I always go my variant under wall and over saddle to roof, so not exactly over Teme.
Continued over summit to Dovška vrata towards Kredarica.
To below Rž path dry, then winter gear to Kredarica, no longer needed on south side. After watching ptarmigans around Kredarica took some night shots of starry sky.

My colleague and I also fulfilled our long-yearned wish today. From Krma past plane to Temen, to Rjavina and back. Views wonderful today, very warm, even ibex wouldn't be driven away as we walked very close to them.

Yesterday really beautiful day with good visibility. Thanks. We two needed 6 hours from Krma to Rjavina, deduct one hour since we got tangled before reaching plane, pause at Temen. Back also many stops, as herd of ibex grazing at Temen and watched two males in great duel show. Altogether 12 hours, 6am to 6pm, without pauses much faster possible.

Thanks for reply, I'm already bursting with enthusiasm! Now that I'm finally retired and have time for long hikes, but can't walk as fast anymore. So I have to calculate everything to my pace so nothing surprises me. For now still good enough, good luck further!

From Pršivec summit past plane remains continued over Temena to Rjavina. In between spent quite some time with chamois, only living beings that day in this area. From summit continued to Kredarica over Rž.
After refreshments from meteorologist colleagues back to Krma....
Also here except few visitors at Kredarica, no one.

Today on way to Rjavina through Travno and Kravja valley and over Temena met no one, no chamois either. Whole path well traceable, upper part above Temen very hot.

Since I don't like crowds and I like peace in the mountains I decide to go to Rjavina, and even that a bit my own way nasmeh Start in Krma and along the ridge to the summit and then searching for the path towards Temen and then to Veliki Pršivec.

First I did my fastest ascent to Triglav via Bamberg path 2h04 min. I thought of that path. With Ana we ran together to Planika, as she was setting the best women's time from Krma to the top and back to the valley. I then went over kurica and on towards Staničev dom. I turn onto the path that takes me under Rjavina to the bombnik. From there along the nice traverse path to the upper meadows. Ascent over the roof to Rjavina. The path is somewhat traceable, recommended to do this path in good visibility. Descent along the ridge to Staničev dom and from there over Prag back to Vrata. It was perhaps one of the last warm days this year.

It happened that the tour didn't come up in summer; well, there are very few of them anyway. Today I parked in Krma only at 8:15.

In somewhat feeble hope that I'd make it time-wise, I headed towards M. polje and at the junction for Travna dolina I met two ladies; well, one turned out to be single nasmeh When I finally puffed up to V. Pršivec and looked at Rjavina, honestly I didn't feel like going anywhere. But when I descended to the bombnik, I spotted a nice 'stag' on Temen that was inviting to its heights. And I went. When I got closer, it turned out he had a companion too. nasmeh

Between the scree and Temen first on the rocky part I meet a stream (I climbed over it, because to the left it was too crumbly, at least for me), the start of the traverse is ok, further on there was some wet snow that requires caution. Also the descent along the ridge from Rjavina is covered with wind-blown snow in some parts, but mostly can be avoided. At Dovška vratca I look one last time towards the northern mountains and descend to the marked path that leads over Apnenica to Krma.

Today in the shelter of shade past the shepherd's hut and along Travna, then Kravja dolina under Teme.
Clouds luckily covered the ascent to the summit, as it can really burn on Rjavina's roof.zadrega
Descent along the ridge to Dovška vratca and along the marked path over Apnenica to Krma.

Hello,
has any of you done the tour from Kot to Rjavina via the climbing path-Staničev dom-over Vrbanove špice back to Kot? Is it doable in one day?

It's doable mežikanje I needed around 12 hours with all breaks
