Conditions 20.6.2021 - if useful to anyone:
snow at three "classic" spots where it lasts longest, but no issues when crossing - first snowfield at entrance to žrelo - bypass on right, at second snowfield go behind snow, at third few steps on snow, then to left.

How is the parking regime there currently, does the ban up to DPS with a car still apply? Where to park? Lp.

The ban has not been valid for a long time. You can park without any problem at the starting point near the house.
