@viharnik, don't smear glue in the joints between blocks, because there'll be a "bulge" (protrusion) there at the final finishing.

No, no Miri, this is a great exercise for stretching and aligning the whole spine, done slowly with gentle movements and proper breathing, even mindless. For the neck we did crane, then turtle neck movements, then floating bear for central spine.
