Beautiful dear girls, now every flower is a victory. No help for us, as if we take skis and go to the snow, which covered the flower's shore.

Zlatica, I took those photos in the Mlak area near Podnanos, the ginkgo grows in the middle of Vipava. But today I noticed another curiosity: I saw a plum tree that had some open flowers and at the same time already green fruits. Our plum also flowered again in September, but has no fruits.

Incredible, Mirjam, nature works miracles. Otiv is right, that we will have to slowly get used to snow and frost, until then every flower is a victory. Only Apolonija can still send us some flower from her garden. lp

Haha,,, you are really interesting with these flowers (adorable). My friend calls them "flance". Well yesterday on the way from Gornji grad to Menina planina a couple of gentian flowers and lots of trumpets. You can't believe it.

Brane, the flowers will still delight you, as your pictures have taken us to the mountains. It's nice to be in such company of flower friends and in bad times find shelter for the soul. The pictures below are from Monday's trip to Blegoš. Lp

Brane, which flower is under 12? Otiv, I see that Blegoš is still generous with blue gentians in November..lp

@zlatica, on Branko's photo 12 it's the marsh primrose, if I'm not mistaken Blegoš is dear to my heart and I always find some flower. Lp

On my 12th photo it's the long-flowering primrose (Primula halleri), which I took this year on June 11 on the path to Vodnikov dom above the path under Tosc, right before that bench where the path to Tosc branches right.

Primula farinosa or Primula halleri, both are similar to each other.

Brane, hello! Nice that you are back. Many people really confuse both primroses. On your photo at the lower flower you can see it has a long corolla tube, which confirms your words. Too bad you don't have a photo "from profile". Lp

Here are photos of both. Only the first is long-flowering primrose, the others are photos of the mealy one. The mealy one I found this spring on Struška and Vošca.

Brane, Apolonija, Franci, thanks for the addition. So I know something more again until next time...haha, when I find myself in trouble again. And dig out some nice flowers from your archive, so we'll survive winter easier. lp all
