Today I went to Jezersko to the limestone quarry to get limestone for the rock garden and on the way also check if lady's slipper is already blooming here.
Mountain srobot.1
Robust silverweed.2
Cuckooflower.3
On the meadow before the limestone quarry there is plenty of Obir silene.4
5
Bertoloni's eagle fern.6
7
Common globeflower.8
Bearded hawkweed9
Common rock jasmine.10
Heart-leaved oxeye.11
Beautiful lady's slipper, which blooms right behind the parking lot for Češka koča and Ledine. It will bloom in a week.12
On the meadow there were also two kobulnice.13
This is the inflorescence of the second.14
This one has leaves.15

Apolonija, with the early hour you've broken all records, I admit.
This orchis under 3. reminds me of the May finger orchid. What do you say, Apolonija?! Nice that also under Ledinami the lady's slippers are waking up. I've also visited the sites there several times. nasmeh

Zlatica, I say it could be, although it resembles even more the flesh-pink finger orchid (Dactylorhiza incarnata).

But I'm interested in the lungwort under 2. I don't see buds, but I see larger serrated leaves like those of honesty. Brane, are the leaves from the same plant as the flowers? If so, it's perennial honesty (Lunaria rediviva). Do you agree, Brane, that on Zlatica's picture it's wood anemone and not trifoliate?
That quarry, as I know, was abandoned years ago. Can one still get some piece of limestone? It's ideal for growing mountain plants.nasmeh

The two of us collected five hobotnica pieces that are not too heavy. There are also larger ones but they are too heavy. The rock garden we'll build in the shape of a mountain with crevices and overhangs. Into so-called pockets we'll then plant plants which we mostly already have. Good drainage will be needed. Since it will be in the sun it will be suitable for sun-loving low plants - saxifrages, houseleeks, sandworts, stonecrops, campions, carnations, catchflies, alyssums, edelweiss, gentians and more will be found.

Regarding the anemone. It will be fine that Zlatica photographed wood anemone. We recognize it also by the leaves. In wood anemone the lobes of the leaf are equally sized, in the trifoliate anemone the middle lobe is larger than the two side ones. This feature I apparently overlooked.

The rock garden won't be interesting yet this year, maybe next year at this time when it can be seen how the plants survived the winter, how they spread. Problem will probably be too much moisture, so good drainage-water runoff is really needed.

No. 1-Bertoloni's hawkweed-very common
No. 2 -Pyrenean cranesbill -Geranium pyrenaicum
No. 7 round-headed rampion-Phyteuma orbiculare
No.14-willow-leaved oxeye-Buphthalmum salicifolium
No. 4-upright deadnettle-Stachys recta
No. great yellow knapweed-in Slovenia there are supposed to be only three-Bavarian and also Carniolan, which are smaller.

Today however to Kališče and to Bašeljsko sedlo.
Bertolon's hawkweeds. These grew on the path up more in the shade and were lighter coloured.1
Bertolon's hawkweeds - also known as Julian ones. Only these grow here.2
In the forest I find brown bird's-nest orchid. They are almost drying up already.3
Plenty of two-leaved shadeplant along the path.4
Oval cat's ear loves the shade.5
Sticky thistle.6
Along the forest path there is plenty of long-leaved leopard's bane, still in bud and already flowering.7
First time this year I find plane-leaved golden saxifrage, it hasn't flowered on Zelenica yet.8
Red alpine poppy, along the path I also see yellow hairy-coloured one.9
Pasqueflower.10
Common soapwort.11
Bohinj dock, I don't see the alpine one.12
Yellow milfoil.13
Also flowering round-leaved rock-jasmine is seen for the first time this year from my side - it loves shade and moisture.14
Aconites like shade - green Lobel's aconite.15
Flowers of green Lobel's aconite.16
This one has leaves. On Zelenica you can easily mistake them for leaves of lady's slipper.17
Higher up, more in the sun, I find white aconite.18
On the Spodnje Kališče pasture there is plenty of alpine cowslip.19
I know where near the hut on Kališče the beautiful primrose or auricula is hiding.20
On the path to Bašeljsko sedlo I barely find flowering tall primrose anymore.21
Wulfen's primrose will soon wither here too.22
Daisy hawkweed.23
Clusius' primrose.24
Spring primrose.25
Along the path on the right there are alpine gentians.26
On the same side above the path common soldanellas are blooming.27
Alpine soldanella.28
Of arnicas I find only intoxicating arnica.29
In the undergrowth the last alpine hawkweeds are hiding, mostly they are already wilted here, the alpine mullein is almost wilted too.30
Mountain nokota.31
On Bašeljsko sedlo I discover alpine planinšček planinšček, the forest is full of the woodland one.32
On the scree under the path Austrian leopard's banes are starting to bloom.33
There is also Jurassic črnobina.34
The flowers of črnobina are inconspicuous.35
In the scree grey jajčar or otavčič-Leontodon incanus is already blooming.36
The common one blooms in autumn, we recognise it by the leaves. Stemless and alpine have different leaves.37
Back to Kozjek. On the path I see Austrian divjakovec, on the way up there was none.38
Nettle-leaved helleborine grows in shade.39
On cold moist rocks in shade mossy popkoresa is already blooming.40

Well, Apolonija, this tall rock-cress is another species after all, I thought it just had better growing conditionsvelik nasmeh. And the cinquefoil really shone as if it was golden. Do they have slightly larger flowers, or does it just seem so to me? The Bohinj speedwell is also something different, Branko showed it in recent contributions, but you have to know the peculiarities. Thanks again. mežikanje

zlatica, the alpine clover is alpine. I too often mix the terms alpine and mountain. We also have a bicolored one, but I don't know the difference. Similar species are the hairy fleabanes. These flower higher in the mountains.
This is my alpine cinquefoil, which I photographed yesterday at Bašelsko sedlo.1

Branko, thanks for the identification. I must say I don't know how you manage that. To me it was exactly like the one I found last time on Zelenica. The fleabanes are unfamiliar to me too. regardsmežikanje
