But here with us there are already calves... I hope this gale wind doesn't carry them away

Spring has come and beautiful flower pics with it. darinka4, did you mean just what's on the first pic? I think it's orange latvica among chanterelles. Otiv, what do you say? You're a mushroomer, right? The second is common medenika, then yellow or dwarf dog's onion, and petelinček, maybe the hollow one. Nice greetings all.

Yes, that first one I meant. I first noticed it at home in dense undergrowth. Thanks for the explanation.

otiv, in pictures no. 23 and 24 you have polžarka-Isopyrum thalictroides. It is rarer than wood anemone. Flowers are identical, only that it has more flowers on the stem, whereas wood anemone has only one flower on the stem. Leaves are similar to meadow rue's. There are several species of such vetches. We have vernal, woodland and mountain ones, so it's one of these. There is no spring vetch though. Otherwise the leaves are not visible well. Such lanceolate leaves has woodland vetch-Lathyrus sylvestris.

Branko, many thanks! Now I'll know for the future I know there are several species of vetches, but I can't distinguish them and since it's spring I wrote spring instead of vernal. Regards

Tadej under no. 6 you have black hellebore too. Under no. 13 is alternate-leaved golden saxifrage-Chrysosplenium alternifolium. Belongs to stonecrops. L.P.

You have to pick it young, when it hasn't flowered yet and isn't milky. I use cracklings instead of lard.

Next year I'll pick it. This year it's all in bloom... If I'm still among the living.

There's still very little dandelion above 350 m.a.s.l. You even have to search for it.
