Dleskovec,

Zlatica forwarded me precise instructions to the sites of the beautiful lady's slipper on Jezersko, I couldn't get more precise ones, for which I'm very grateful to her, and you should apologize to her.

Best regards

Dleskovec, one more thing. I looked at your really beautiful photos of mountain flowers. Well-intentioned remark: correctly it's Traunfellner's golden saxifrage and not Traunfeller's. And I think not all are Traunfellner's, already based on the leaf shape. But I allow that I might be wrong. Best regards

I "picked" these on Saturday with the northern neighbors between 1500m and 1900m.

Walk to the Vrtača hut under Zelenica. This is actually not a hut, but the cable car station to Zelenica, which no longer exists. In past years it was used as a catering facility. Unfortunately the building is already being gnawed by the tooth of time.

Carnations on the right bank before Vrtača are not yet blooming.

Zvonček; you're right about the name "golden saxifrage"; my descriptive mistake. According to the book "Alpine flowers of Slovenia" by V. Ravnikar, my "golden saxifrage" is Traunfellner's; basal leaves are petiolate and divided into narrow sulcate segments (quoted).
Three years ago I also wrote a similar question (location of beautiful slipper) on this forum, because I wanted to see this most beautiful orchid live and with good intentions. Brane Velkavrh answered me, but he was "attacked" by "botanists" that such sites are not revealed because they are plundered and destroyed. I was hurt, because I was indirectly branded as a "flower barbarian". Since then I no longer participate on this forum!!
But still every year I enjoy looking at these beauties!nasmeh

I looked in the book and the most similar is alpine rockcress, but since the green part (leaves) is very poorly visible in your shot I can't confirm it. nasmeh

Hellonasmeh I also think it's rockcress in the picture, but more Bohinj than alpine.

I don't understand something in the correspondence: Zvonček and Dleskovec and Zvonček and Kati. Are you three or just twovelik nasmeh?
I remember the discussion about the slippers and precise, with emphasis on precise, public disclosure of locations. I think it's better to describe it in a private message. But could that be a reason for offense?

djimuzl photographed lowland rockcress-Arabis bellidifolia. This rockcress is low and has hairy leaves-it shows on the second picture. It's only up to seven cm high.

Yes, Brane, that's what I was looking for. You already photographed it last year or the year before, but I didn't find it. Only then I saw that AM has it on his site also described like that, as you say.

Otiv, aesthetic pleasure!

Let me return a bit to the kobulnice. I'll show two. The first one I photographed today at Zelenica. The second about a week ago at Čavn. These tall kobulnice puzzle me.
This one is from Zelenice. It hasn't fully bloomed yet.1
It has such shiny leaves. I think this is avstrijska obočnica.2
This one is from Čavna. It has completely different umbels. This is progasti kobul - Molopospermum peloponnesiacum.3
It has characteristic leaves - identified by Anka.4

Kati1909,

I had to read what was written twice, as I couldn't believe my eyes. I've been following this forum for just a year, so I don't know these "attacks". I really can hardly believe someone would rush to a habitat intending to plunder and destroy it. As for Traunfellnerjeva, I'm glad you didn't resent my well-meaning comment on the description. Some probably would. That I doubted they are Traunfellnerjeve on all photos is because of the leaves, which aren't the same on all pics. But I already mentioned first time that I might be wrong. Have a good time on your trails!

Hello lovers of flowers and little flowers. I haven't been "in the mountains" yet this year and therefore not active here consequently. But I really like looking at your photos. Now I've been walking a lot on my home MB Pohorje and I just can't believe how diverse it is here with orchids. I think I've seen at least 8 species so far... I'd kindly ask you to help me identify these four species. Thank you and best regards.
