If I meet my beloved flowers earlier I won't bother to the top. I've been to Kanjavec summit three times, more than enough for me.
Yesterday on Kalški greben even more spring-like flowers prevailed... I also saw alpine bellflowers, since there's still snow in the gullies.

I was just thinking layman-style. Some botanist would explain to us how that happens.
Yesterday the top of Kalški greben surprised me with a small blue flower that reminded me of speedwell and I was right, as I checked my guesses at home... found leafless or stemless speedwell (Veronica aphylla), which grows only in high mountains.
