silvo1952 here it is. But don't take my findings as pure gold, since I'm not a professional botanist just an amateur expert mainly of mountain flowers and also karst ones.

Say for yellow flower number 8 I'm not sure-I think it's speedwell. Characteristic for it is the four-angled stem, if I remember correctly. These flowers grow in clusters-only about 10 cm high.

Determining the others will be somewhat easier and I think correct.

No. 2 - spiked bellflower
No. 3 - Triumfetti's knapweed
No. 5 - globeflower
No. 6 - milkwort
No. 7 - bloody cranesbill
No. 9 and 10 - common felwort

Today we explored Notranjska -more precisely visited Medvedovo Brdo. We walked a good five hours-about 14 km mostly through meadows, forest paths, hay meadows. I noted that on the path.

On the meadows globularia is already blooming quite lively.

I don't know these pink flowerheads well.

I always try to photograph the leaves of the unknown plant too.

Clustered bellflower - beauty of the meadows.

Long-haired rock cress - only about 20 cm high and even has pale yellow flowers.

Beautiful woodland milkwort - this is the knee milkwort.

Probably burdock - I don't distinguish burdocks and thistles, at least some, very well.

What about this one - it has a spiny stem.

It would be nice and welcome, at least from my side, if you added the plant names that velkavrh suggested to you. I like to check this section, but if there are no names, you just see the photo and don't know what it's about.

Grobnik Alps.
After a more detailed review of the area where we were wandering, I have to write a correction. It's Gorski Kotar, northern part, and not Grobnik Alps. So literature, web and maps, they probably already know how and what. It might be that the old road from Rijeka to Zagreb is the boundary between Grobnik and northern part of Gorski Kotar rolling eyes

Attaching photos of beautiful lady's slippers I stumbled upon last weekend along a forest path below Zelenica. Apparently there are more sites up there, but I don't know locations. Pure luck to meet this wonderful flower, second time in life for me, first for husband. smile

Yesterday on Jezersko a bit below viewpoint Na Prodih along the path I came across an unknown plant to me with white flowers, there were about five specimens, each with one stem, about 20 cm high. Anyone know it? confused

Georgia, it's round-leaved wintergreen. Also on the path to Zelenica, towards the top of the serpentine, plenty of them.

no. 3- spring marmot
no. 4- common snowbell
no. 7 and 9- obirski grobeljnik
no. 10- same Pyrenean saxifrage
no. 12- same stemless catchfly
no. 13- not clustered saxifrage-has completely different leaf rosettes -it's crusted saxifrage-Saxifraga crustata-very common

But I couldn't figure out what the flower in pic 6 is. Checked all white low mountain flowers and couldn't- not alpine pennycress, not alpine catchfly, not Kerner's snowbell, not early snowbell. Has interesting heart-shaped leaves covered with hairs and bell-shaped white flowers.

This is what grozdasti kamnokreč looks like.

Now I've been away for almost a month due to illness and now on vacation on Korčula island. I'll show a few flowers I found here. Names mostly I don't know. There are tons of various yellows, white flowers, white blooming shrubs. Many cultivated flowers escaped into nature. For now everything still blooms. But in about three weeks everything will wilt. Of course it's even nicer there end of April, beginning of May. I counted and photographed seventy different wild blooming flowers and shrubs.

Wild-growing shrublet with these cyclamen flowers. This is brškin - said bumbi.

This is what that not too tall shrublet looks like, there was only one more eight-leaved flower.

Artichokes have escaped into the wild. I have never seen it flowering before.

This representative of cacti has also escaped into the wild. It has wonderful red flowers. I have never seen it before.

I think this tuber plant has also escaped into the wild - I don't know it.

This cultivated light blue flowering shrublet impressed me.

There are more of these wild flowering shrublets.

There are plenty of various white flowers - this one looks like it belongs to chrysanthemums.

On some garden I spotted this wonderful flowering succulent.

I found lots of unusual flowers that I saw for the first time.
