Which flower is this?

At Incisa hut in the Dolomites at 1925m there is a marshy meadow part and quite a few flowers with white hairy blossoms bloom. The smartphone explained to me that this plant is narrow-leaved cottongrass.

Yesterday's from new paths from Predel over Predelske glave to Vršič.

These grew on the path towards Mangartska planina.

There are now plenty of these white ones.

To comment a bit on the wonderful shots of your mountain flowers:

no.1.-hairy speedwell
no. 3.-rough bellflower - very common
no. 5.-shot is a bit unusual - not similar to either Sternberg's or Montpellier's chickweed - but we know which of these two chickweeds
grows at this altitude.
no. 6.-evergreen saxifrage - the most common saxifrage.
no.7-Triglav rose.

The saxifrage is Bursar's - it starts blooming among the first. But very similar - though rare - flat-leaved - Saxifraga muscoides - I have it pictured in my collection of photos.

- in picture no.3 it's the pot-bellied bellflower, not scree bellflower
- in picture no.5 it's Sternberg's pink
- in pictures no.7 and 9 it's the tufted catchfly and not
Burser's catchfly.

Today I went just to check what grows on Zelenica to Vrtača hut. A good month ago I was already looking for lady's slipper in front of the hut and found it on the classic spot too. But I can't find Bosnian lousewort here anymore, which flowers then like slipper. But one has to know that the flowering of mountain flowers is ahead by more than two weeks.

These large gentians confuse me a bit - I think it's broad-leaved lousewort.

Common eyebright - Euphrasia rostkoviana

The strongly red-coloured clover flower surprised me.

Already right below on the right bank, clustered bellflowers start blooming - there are huge numbers of them.

This bunch on the left side surprised me, where they usually aren't.

There is a lot of this sviščevec. I can't tell them apart.

The prickly neža has opened its flower - the weather will be nice.

There is a huge amount of poppy - this is Kerner's poppy. In Slovenia the Rhaetian and Petkovšek's poppies also grow.

It is very beautiful. In Slovenia three species of yellow poppy grow.

Meliščna bellflower - we recognize it by the flower.

There are several species of these too - we recognize by the flower.

Fuchs's sandwort - similar to it is the forest sandwort.

Brane, on picture 21 you misnamed the bellflower.
This is scree bellflower (not the scree one). We have scree cup nasmeh

Darinka you wonderfully caught on picture no.7 evergreen catchfly. And primrose has discovered her thread. I'm still waiting for primroses. On Friday I'm going to look for Kamnik primrose on Krvavec.

Today Škofja Loka retirees - Thursday section conquered Črna prst. Unfortunately little flowers. For more flowers we were one month too late. Even on botanical path virtually no flowers. We saw only some plaques without flowers. Still I managed to photo some flowers.
