Description of mountain hut:
Mountan hut Koča na Ljubelju is situated by the former border crossing Ljubelj, the oldest mountain pass in Europe (it was built in the year 1728). From the mountain hut, which is usually open on weekends, a beautiful view opens up on the main part of Karawanks, and in good weather, the view reaches all the way to Snežnik.
