Mrzlica

Description of mountain:
Mrzlica in the last few years became very popular tourist destination, especially for visitors from the valley Savinjska dolina and Zasavje. With its 1122 meters of altitude is the fourth highest mountain of Zasavsko hribovje and from there is the same as from Kum, outstanding view, because all nearby peaks are much lower.
According to some data mountain hut on Mrzlica supposed to be even the most visited mountain hut in Slovenian low mountains. The mountain hut is managed by mountaineering club Trbovlje and offers 67 mattresses in 18 rooms. Also forthe youngest visitors is taken care of, because on a meadow in front of the mountain hut there is large playground, which is usually well maintained.
Mountain hut itself is a little below Mrzlica (around 30 meters) and to the summit leads steep path through the forest. On the top, there is a panorama board, which gives us good orientation.
