Planina Kališče

Description of mountain pasture:
Planina Kališče, or Lower Kališče, is located about 100 meters below the Dom na Kališču hut. On Lower Kališče, there are some wooden cottages, a small watering place, and a NOB monument. From the pasture, there is a nice view of Storžič, and from the edge, also of Gorenjska, part of the Ljubljana Basin, and the hills to the south and west of it. Otherwise, the view is obstructed by the nearby forest.
