Description of mountain hut:
Rifugio Baita Cuz mountain hut is located at 2,213 meters in the western part of the Marmolada group. From the hut there is a very nice view mainly on the nearby peaks above Val di San Nicolò and the Catinaccio (Rosengarten) group. The hut is well-visited, especially in winter as it lies by the Buffaure ski slopes. It is also well-known to fans of very demanding climbing routes, as the Via Ferrata I Magnifici 4 ends right next to the hut.
