Gröbner Hals is a saddle at an altitude of 1654 meters and is part of the Karwendel Mountains. The saddle is located 5 km west-southwest from the center of Achenkirch and 9 km north-northwest from the center of Pertisau and 0.8 km northwest of peak Sonntagsspitze and west-southwest above the mountain pasture Gröbenalm. The nearest mountain hut is Seewaldhütte, located 2km northeast. A bit closer is Kleinzemmalm, which is located 1.1km to the northeast. The saddle is located northeast of the valley Bächental.
