Schärtle

Description:
Schärtle is a saddle at an altitude of 1902 meters in the Ammergau Alps. The saddle is located 0.5 km west-northwest of peak Kohlbergspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Fürchterlichhütte, located 6km northeast. A bit closer is bivouac Grübleshütte, which is located 1.1km to the northeast. 2 km northwest of the saddle there is lake Heiterwanger See. The saddle is located above the valley Zwischentoren.
