Schwarzmoossattel is a saddle at an altitude of 1683 meters in the mountain group Totes Gebirge. The saddle is located in country Austria 1.1 km east-northeast of peak Bräuningzinken. The nearest mountain hut is Loserhütte, located 3km southwest. Closer is Jagdhütte, which is located 1.9km to the west. 4 km south-southwest of the saddle there is lake Altausseer See. West of the saddle is the valley Rettenbachtal.
