A little further is bivouac Ramolalm. 3 km west-southwest from the saddle there is glacier Mitterkarferner, 4 km northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Tiefenbachferner. The saddle is located west-northwest of the valley Venter Tal. The saddle is located on the ridge Weißkamm.
