Alpeiner Knotespitze is 3233 meter high peak in the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 1.7 km northeast of peak Östliche Seespitze. The nearest mountain hut is Franz-Senn-Hütte, located 3km north. A little further is bivouac Felsvorsprung. South-southwest from the summit there is glacier Knotenferner, 0.9 km west-southwest from the summit there is also glacier Sommerwandferner. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Oberbergtal.
