Östliche Knotenspitze is 3101 meter high peak in the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 3 km northeast of peak Östliche Seespitze. The nearest mountain hut is Neue Regensburger Hütte, located 1.8km southeast. bivouac Felsvorsprung is also relatively close. East from the summit there is glacier Gugeliger Ferner, 0.4 km west from the summit there is also glacier Knotenspitzferner. The peak is located south-southwest of the valley Oberbergtal.
