Blaškova planina is 915 meter high peak. The peak is located 2 km west-northwest from the center of Čekovnik and 4 km south from the center of Srednja Kanomlja. The nearest mountain hut is Koča na Hleviški planini, located 1.4km east. And Koča is also close by. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Vipavska dolina.
