Breitmodl is 2380 meter high peak located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located in country Austria 4 km south from the center of Sankt Nikolai im Sölktal and 11 km north-northeast from the center of Hintermühlen. The nearest mountain hut is Kaltenbachalm, located 3km east. A little further is bivouac St. Nikolai am Sölkpass Ort. West-southwest of the summit is the valley Rantengraben.
