Debantgrat Südgipfel is 3052 meter high peak with a cross and is part of the Schober Group. The peak is located in country Austria 7 km southeast from the center of Lesach and 8 km southeast from the center of Kals am Großglockner and 0.2 km south-southeast of peak Debantgrat. The nearest mountain hut is Hochschoberhütte, located 3km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Gösnitzkopf-Biwak. 0.5 km west from the summit there is glacier Schoberkees, 6 km east-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Hornkees. Southeast of the summit is the valley Debanttal.
