Description:
Gamskogel is 1572 meter high peak in the Kaiser Mountains. The peak is located 1.1 km south-southeast of peak Maukspitze and west-severowest above the mountain pasture Kaiserhochalm. The nearest mountain hut is Gaudeamushütte, located 3km west. A bit closer is Ackerlhütte, which is located 1.0km to the west-southwest. North-northeast of the summit is the valley Kaiserbachtal.
