Description:
Gietkögele is 2413 meter high peak in the Ötztal Alps. The peak is located 2 km northeast of peak Kleiner Dristkogel. The nearest mountain hut is Gallrutt Alm, located 3km west. Luibisalm is a bit further away. 3 km southwest from the summit there is glacier Gallruttferner, 4 km south from the summit there is also glacier Schweikertferner. The peak is located in the valley Oberinntal.
