Graues Nöckl - Dosso Grigio is 3084 meter high peak and is part of the Rieserferner Group. The peak is located 0.8 km northwest of peak Hochgall - Monte Collalto. The nearest mountain hut is Kasseler Hütte, located 3km northwest. Furtalm is a bit further away. 5 km northeast of the peak there is lake Sankt-Josef-See. East-northeast from the summit there is glacier Hochgall Ferner - Vedretta di Collalto, 1.5 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Östlicher Rieserferner - Vedretta di Ries orientale. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Antholzer Tal - Valle di Anterselva.
