Grawand

Description:
Grawand is 2987 meter high peak and is part of the Zillertal Alps. The peak is located 5 km north-northeast from the center of St. Jakob - San Giacomo and 7 km northeast from the center of Rain - Riva and 0.9 km south-southeast of peak Hohe Wand - Croda Alta near the border with Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Pfitscher-Joch-Haus, located 3km southeast. A little further is Museum. 1.5 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Stampflkees, 5 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Olpererferner.
