Hinterer Drachenkopf is 2410 meter high peak in the Mieminger Mountains. The peak is located 4 km southeast from the center of Biberwier and 5 km south from the center of Ehrwald and 1.8 km south of peak Sonnenspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Coburger Hütte, located 1.3km northeast. bivouac Ganghofers Rast is also relatively close. 6 km west-northwest of the peak there is lake Blindsee. The peak is located south-southeast of the valley Zwischentoren.
