The peak is located 1.4 km north-northwest from the center of Sankt Jakob-Breitenau and 3 km northwest from the center of Sankt Erhard and 5 km north of peak Hochlantsch. The nearest mountain hut is Steirischer Jokl, located 5km south. Closer is Eiserne-Kling Hütte, which is located 4km to the south. Northeast of the summit is the valley Glawockengraben.
