Description:
Hochkesselkopf is 2453 meter high peak in the Dachstein Mountains. The peak is located 1.6 km west-northwest of peak Torstein. The nearest mountain hut is Adamekhütte, located 1.6km northeast. And Ebenalm is also close by. 2 km east from the summit there is glacier Großer Gosaugletscher, 5 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Schladminger Gletscher. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Preunegg.
