Torsteineck

Description:
Torsteineck is 2256 meter high peak in the Dachstein Mountains. The peak is located 0.8 km east-northeast of peak Hochkesselkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Adamekhütte, located 0.9km north-northeast. A little further is bivouac Ramsau Schi Willy/Rittislift. 0.8 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Kleiner Gosaugletscher, 1.6 km east-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Großer Gosaugletscher. The peak is located north-northwest of the valley Preunegg. The peak is located below the ridge Schneebergwand.
