Schreiberwandeck is 2330 meter high peak and is part of the Dachstein Mountains. The peak is located 1.0 km west-northwest of peak Hohe Schreiberwand. The nearest mountain hut is Adamekhütte, located 0.7km south-southeast. And Badstub'n Hütte is also close by. 2 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Großer Gosaugletscher, 5 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Schladminger Gletscher. Northeast of the summit is the valley Koppental.
