Reißgangsattel is a saddle at an altitude of 1954 meters and is part of the Dachstein Mountains. The saddle is located 1.0 km west-northwest of peak Hochkesselkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Adamekhütte, located 2km east-northeast. A little further is Lederingalm. 3 km east from the saddle there is glacier Großer Gosaugletscher, 6 km east-southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Schladminger Gletscher. The saddle is located north-northwest of the valley Preunegg.
