Kreuzeck is 2204 meter high peakon which a cross stands located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 1.5 km south of peak Gurenstein. The nearest mountain hut is Glettnalm, located 1.2km south-southwest. And Ragglalm is also close by. 2 km north-northeast of the peak there is lake Tappenkarsee. South of the summit is the valley Kleinelendtal.
