Glingspitze is 2433 meter high peak with a registration box and a cross located in the Lower Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 2 km northwest of peak Nebelkareck. The nearest mountain hut is Glettnalm, located 1.5km west-northwest. Waschbergalm is also relatively close. 4 km north of the peak there is lake Tappenkarsee. South of the summit is the valley Kleinelendtal.
