Nasen is 1997 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 0.9 km west-southwest of peak Nasenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Alpenrose, located 1.0km southwest. Even closer is Goldschmiedhütte, which is located 0.4km to the east-southeast. 3 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Waidsfeldkees, 7 km south-southeast from the summit there is also glacier Nördliches Viltragenkees.
