Poschachkogel is 2574 meter high peakon which a cross stands in the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 2.0 km south of peak Hohe Wasserfalle. The nearest mountain hut is Schweinfurter Hütte, located 4km east-northeast. A bit closer is Jagdhütte, which is located 2km to the west-northwest. 6 km southeast from the summit there is glacier Grieskogelferner, 6 km southeast from the summit there is also glacier Grasstallferner.
