Richtberg is 1036 meter high peak in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 4 km west from the center of Reindlmühl and 5 km west-northwest from the center of Neukirchen bei Altmünster. The nearest mountain hut is Hochsteinalm, located 8km southeast. Closer is bivouac Richtberg Taferl Unterstand, which is located 0.2km to the northeast. 6 km south-southeast of the peak there is lake Vorderer Langbathsee. South-southwest of the summit is the valley Weißenbachtal.
