The nearest mountain hut is Franz-Senn-Hütte, located 2km east. A little further is bivouac Felsvorsprung. 3 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Sommerwandferner, 3 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Verborgen-Berg-Ferner. North of the summit is the valley Lüsenstal.
