The nearest mountain hut is Enzianhütte - Rifugio Genziana, located 3km north-northwest. Dax-Alm is a bit further away. The peak is located in the valley Wipptal - Alta Val Isarco. The peak is located on the ridge Tuxer Hauptkamm.
