Säuling

Description:
Säuling is 2048 meter high peak with a cross and a summit register in the Ammergau Alps. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Germany. The nearest mountain hut is Naturfreundehaus Säulinghaus, located 0.6km west. And Kofelalm is also close by. 3 km northwest of the peak there is lake Alpsee. The peak is located northeast of the valley Lechtal. The peak is located above the ridge Brunstgrat.
