Description:
Schartenberg is 2071 meter high peak in the Lechtal Alps. The peak is located 3 km east-southeast from the center of Forchach and 4 km south-southwest from the center of Weißenbach am Lech. The nearest mountain hut is Hüttenhof, located 1.8km west. Even closer is Hochstanzer Alpe, which is located 1.7km to the west-southwest. West of the summit is the valley Lechtal.
