Schrankogel

Description:
Schrankogel is 3497 meter high peak with a cross in the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 7 km east-southeast from the center of Gries and 10 km east from the center of Huben. The nearest mountain hut is Amberger Hütte, located 2km west. A little further is bivouac Notbiwak. 1.4 km north-northeast from the summit there is glacier Schrankarferner, 1.8 km northeast from the summit there is also glacier Wildgratferner. West-northwest of the summit is the valley Sulztal.
