Description:
Hohes Egg is 2820 meter high peak and is part of the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 1.3 km southwest of peak Schrankogel. The nearest mountain hut is Amberger Hütte, located 1.6km west-northwest. bivouac Notbiwak is a bit further away. 1.7 km south-southeast from the summit there is glacier Bockkoglferner, 2 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Schrankarferner. The peak is located east-southeast of the valley Sulztal.
