Description:
Bockkogel is 3095 meter high peak and is part of the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 2 km north of peak Hinterer Daunkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Amberger Hütte, located 3km northwest. bivouac Notbiwak is a bit further away. 0.5 km east from the summit there is glacier Bockkoglferner, 1.8 km east from the summit there is also glacier Großer Seeferner. Northwest of the summit is the valley Sulztal.
