Description:
Signalgipfel is 3392 meter high peak and is part of the Stubai Alps. The peak is located 11 km northwest from the center of Ridnaun - Ridanna and 12 km south-southwest of Volderau and 0.4 km southeast of peak Wilder Freiger - Cima Libera near the border with Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Becherhaus - Rifugio Gino Biasi al Bicchiere, located 0.8km south. And Aglsbach (Sennerbodenalm) is also close by. 2 km west-northwest from the summit there is glacier Fernerstube, 3 km east from the summit there is also glacier Hangender Ferner - Vedretta Pendente. The peak is located east-northeast of the valley Windachtal.
