Description:
Waschgang is 2704 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 7 km southwest from the center of Muhr and 7 km south from the center of Hintermuhr. The nearest mountain hut is Lanisch-Ochsenhütte, located 2km north. A little further is bivouac Ochsenhütte. 0.7 km south-southwest of the peak there is lake Großer Melniksee.
