Description:
Winden is 1066 meter high peak in the Salzkammergut Mountains. The peak is located 3 km west from the center of Gschwandt and 3 km west from the center of Bad Goisern. The nearest mountain hut is Goiserer Hütte, located 2km south-southwest. Closer is bivouac Pramesbergerrast, which is located 0.8km to the southwest. Northeast of the summit is the valley Rettenbachtal.
