How is it compared to the standard route via Mali Triglav?

The camera at Ljubelj shows some cars on the parking lot every day.
Do they all come from the Austrian side?

PS: I found this in one article:
"Road to Ljubelj closed at the gas station in Bistrica pri Tržiču. Detour goes through Tržič to Podljubelj and then to Ljubelj."

Is this detour current?

Are you that famous redbull who once got pretty badly injured on Triglav?

PS:
Is there any material where these routes on Triglav are shown, described, and named.
I'm not talking about the north face (Slovenian, German, Bavarian etc.).. I'm talking about routes above the north face, to the top of Triglav (e.g. Muller chimney)

based on your description of this route (in the picture) I assume it's technically easier than the winter Slovenian in the north face?
